市郊公路边土壤和蔬菜中重金属含量特征

Contents of Pb and Cd in Soils and Vegetables on Roadsides in the Suburb

研究了城市郊区公路两侧土壤和蔬菜的重金属污染状况及潜在风险。结果表明,公路两侧蔬菜地土壤以镉污染为主,含量超标达40%左右。铅是蔬菜中的主要污染元素,蔬菜对铅的富集规律是叶菜类>茄果类>瓜菜类>根茎类。叶菜类的蔬菜超标率达12.1%～85.1%,而冬瓜、萝卜没有样品超标。镉含量超标的蔬菜仅为小部分品种,即空心菜、莴笋和西洋菜3种。

To study heavy metals contamination of soils and vegetables on roadsides in outskirts of city and the potential risk for human consumption of vegetalbls. The most contamination of heavy metals in soil was Cd, and there were 40% of the soil samples beyond the criterion for Cd. It has been indicated that Pb was the main pollutant in vegetables. The contents of Pb in vegetables were leaf vegetables 〉 egg plant and fruit vegetables 〉 melon vegetables 〉 root and stem vegetables. There were 12.1%-85.1% of leaf vegetables beyond the criterion for Pb, however none of Raphanus sativus or Benincasa hispida beyond the criterion. The samples of standard exceeding cadmium contents were found only in some limited vegetables,and they were Ipomoea aquatica,Lactuca sativa and Nasturtium officinale.
