缩节安与CaCl_2复配剂对高羊茅幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在室内条件下,采用不同浓度的缩节安和CaCl2随机复配后,浸种处理高羊茅种子,测定萌发后12d幼苗的株高、叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶活性等指标。结果表明,无论单剂还是复剂处理,均提高了幼苗叶绿素含量,增强了根系活力,提高了过氧化物酶活性,其中以400mg·L-1缩节安+0.1%的Ca-Cl2(A2B3)处理效果最好,与对照相比,苗长、叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶活性分别提高了18.8%、64.1%、48.8%、198.4%,比单剂处理的效果更好。因此,缩节安和CaCl2具有一定的累加效应,可以促进幼苗生长,增强幼苗的抗逆性。 Tall rescue seed was soaked with different concentration of Mepiquat chloride (DPC) and/or CaCl2. After 12 days of seed germination in greenhouse, determined the seedling length, chlorophyll content, root activity and peroxidase(POD) activity were tested to investigate the effects on the tall rescue seedling growth. The result indicated that all of the treatments improved the seedling length, the chlorophyll content, the root activity and the POD activity. Under optimum nfixture of DPC (400 mg·L^-1) and CaCl2 (0.1%), seedling length, chlorophyll content, root activity and POD activity , respectively, were 18.8%, 64.1%, 48.8% and 198.4% higher than those of the control. Therefore, the mixture of Mepiquat chloride and CaCl2 has cumulative impact in promoting seedling growth and strengthening stress resistance.
