摘要
采用HNO3-HClO4湿法灰化-原子吸收光谱法测定了黄柏中Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Pb、Cr、Mn、Cd、K、Co、Ni共11种微量元素的含量。结果表明,黄柏中含有较丰富的K、Mn、Mg和Fe,其含量K>Mn>Fe>Mg>Zn>Ni>Cr>Cu>Cd>Co>Pb,黄柏中含有丰富的与人体密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的药用价值。
The content of trace elements (Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn,Pb,Cr,Mn,Cd,K,Co,Ni) in Cortex phellodendri Chinensls were detected by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry after treated by the wet digestion with HNO3-HC104 in this paper. The results revealed that there were abundant K,Mn,Mg and Fe in Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, and the content of the trace elements was K〉Mn〉Fe〉Mg〉Zn〉Ni〉Cr〉Cu〉Cd〉Co〉Pb. These abundant trace elements which were helpful for health provided a high medical and edible value.
