摘要 综述纳米乳作为新型药物载体的优势,形成纳米乳的各组分发挥的作用以及不同给药途径在药剂学方面的应用状况。查阅大量近年来国内外的相关文献并进行归纳、总结。结果表明,纳米乳在透皮给药、口服给药、黏膜给药、注射给药等多个给药途径中较之普通乳剂有明显的优势。纳米乳作为一种新型药物载体系统具有对难溶性药物强大的增溶作用,还具有明显的缓释作用、靶向性及较高的生物利用度等优点,在药剂学领域有广阔的应用前景。 The advantages of nanoemulsion as a novel vehicle of the drug delivery system, the roles of the ingredients and the application of various methods of administration in pharmaceutics were systematically reviewed. The application of nanoemulsions in drug delivery systems including transdermal, mueosal, oral and injection delivery systems was better than ordinary emulsions. Nanoemulsions, with a very good prospect in pharmaceutics in the future, had many good characters such as good solubilization to indissolvable drugs, delayed release, targets and high bioavailability.
