子宫内膜癌细胞中孕激素受体的甲基化对其表达及细胞生长的作用 被引量:1

摘要 孕激素对子宫内膜正常功能的维持起着重要作用,孕激素通过与孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)结合发挥作用。子宫内膜癌组织中PR的表达下调,不仅与子宫内膜癌的发生有关,而且还可能与肿瘤细胞的侵袭牛长有关,最终可影响患者的预后及对激素治疗的反应,其表达下调的机制不清。基因甲基化通过干扰转录因子与基因启动子区域的结合,从而影响转录而导致基因表达下调甚至沉默。研究显示,PR的表达可能与基因启动子区域的甲基化有关,但甲基化状态是否影响子宫内膜癌中PR基因的表达、甲基化区域位于基因序列的何处、其是否能影响细胞生长,
