术中实时超声技术在神经外科手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 术中精确定位病灶,选择合理的皮层切口是神经外科微侵袭手术的关键。过去主要依赖于CT或MRI断层影像与术者的解剖学知识结合来确定手术入路,从而避免对正常的神经功能区域或者病灶以外区域的干扰。但上述方式不能实时观察,有许多限制和缺陷,自2004年6月至2006年5月,我们将术中实时超声导航技术与显微神经外科相结合,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。
