ECMO支持治疗在心脏移植术后的应用 被引量：4

摘要 心脏移植术后急性移植物衰竭是围术期死亡的主要原因。体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）可提供有效的呼吸循环支持，为病人心肺功能恢复创造条件。2004年6月至2008年4月我院共完成106例原位心脏移植，4例术后行ECMO辅助治疗。
