顽固性癫痫患者记忆障碍及相关因素分析

Memory defect in refractive epilepsy patients and its correlation factors analysis

目的探讨顽固性癫痫患者记忆功能的损害。方法采用韦氏记忆量表对顽固性癫痫口才记忆功能进行评估,与对照组进行对比,并对可能的影响因素进行相差性分析。结果顽固性癫痫患者记忆功能普遍低于对照组,其中起病年龄、发作频率和海马硬化对记忆商(MQ)具有相关性。结论顽固性癫痫患者有明显记忆损害,尤其以短时和瞬时记忆明显;发病年龄,发作频率和海马硬化对记忆功能有影响。

Objective To evaluate the memory defect in refractive epilepsy patients. Methods Estimate the faculty of memory in refractive epilepsy patients and control group using Wechsler memory scale, make correlation analysis of influencing factors. Results Scores of refractive epilepsy patients is significantly less than the control group. Onset age, seizure frequency and hippocampus sclerosis is related to memory quotient（MQ）. Conclusion Refractive epilepsy patients have conspicuous memory defect, especially the short-term memory and immediate memory. Onset age, seizure frequency and hippocampus sclerosis could influence the faculty of memory in refractive epilepsy patients.
