摘要
重瓣花表现为花瓣、花轮数量增加,或花瓣面积增加等,重瓣花育种是观赏植物育种的重要目标之一。近年来,随着分子生物学相关技术的迅速发展,尤其是许多与重瓣花形成相关的基因被克隆,人们对重瓣花形成的机理有了更深的认识。本文对近年来重瓣花起源、遗传特性、形成的分子机制和影响因素等研究进展进行综述,以明确重瓣花形成的机理,为重瓣花新品种培育和生产应用提供参考。
Double flowers are those in which the petals are much increased in numbers over the state known in normal singles, or those in which the area of petals is increased. New varieties of plants with double flowers become one of the important breeding objects in ornamental breeding. In recent years, due to the development of molecular biological technology, especially many genes related to double flower formation were cloned,the formation mechanism of double flower could be much better understood. This article re- viewed the latest advances in origin, genetic aspects, molecular mechanism and related factors for double flowers in order to provide a reference for breeding and production.
