摘要
我国教师资源配置城乡差距巨大。为解决乡村优质教师资源匮乏和乡村教师职业培训方面存在的问题,提出利用网络教学平台促进城乡教师协同发展的构想并建立了模型,并利用Delight IP 5.0远程交互式教学平台在浙江省的部分地区验证了该方案的可行性和实际可操作性。
There is a great gap between teacher resources allocation in urban and rural in china.In order to solve the problems of lacking qualified teachers resources and post-training teachers in rural,a model is set up on how to promoting coordinated development of urban and rural areas teachers by network teaching platform.The author has validated feasibility and practical maneuverability of the model in Zhejiang by Delight 5.0 distance interactive teaching platform.
