文化价值观指导和影响着人们的思想、意识、价值判断、生活习惯和行为规范。科学技术作为人类改造自然的实践活动,它的每一次重大进步都对社会的结构和价值观产生深远影响,同时也必然受到占支配地位的文化价值观的影响。价值观决定了科学技术的价值取向。探讨它们之间的关系,对于我国目前实施的自主创新、树立正确的文化价值观有着重要的现实意义。

The cultural value instructs and affects people＇s thought, consciousness, value judgment, habits,customs and the behavior standard. As the practical action of human beings transforms nature, each tremendous progress of science and technology had profound influence to social structure and values simultaneously, and also inevitably receives dominant cultural value＇ influence. The cultural values have decided the value orientation of science and technology. To discuss the relation between them has the vital practical significance to the policy implemented ＂independent innovation＂ and set up correct cultural value view.
