梅州山区急诊科护士心理健康状况的调查与分析

Ivestigation and Analysis of Mental Health of Emergency Nurses in the Mountain Area of Meizhou

目的了解急诊科护士心理健康状况,为寻求提高护士心理健康水平的措施提供依据。方法对梅州山区4所医院共88名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果梅州山区急诊科护士心理健康水平明显高于全国常模。结论护理管理者应在继续发扬客家传统文化的基础上,要积极采取各种措施促进护士的心理健康。

Objective Explore the mental health of nurses in emergency department, and find measures to improve the nurseg mental health. Methods 88 cases of emergency nurses of 4 hospitals in the mountain area of Meizhou by questionnaire and analyse the experiment results. Results The mental health of emergency nurses in the mountain area of Meizhou was higher than the national norm. Conclusion Develope the spirit of traditional culture and endure hardship and work hard of Hakkas.
