螺旋CT重建技术在口腔颌面外伤中的应用价值

The application value of MSCT reconstruction technique in maxillofacial fracture

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重建(MPR)及容积重建(VR)在口腔颌面外伤诊断中的应用价值。方法对39例口腔颌面外伤患者行MSCT扫描,将获得的扫描数据在工作站上进行MPR、VR成像,对骨折进行分析,并与普通X线片及手术结果相对照。结果(1)MSCTMPR能够显示口腔颌面外伤骨折的细微结构及深部的骨折,尤其对复杂骨折的判断具有其优势;(2)MSCTVR技术能较好地显示骨折空间移位,颌面骨变形情况。结论MSCTMPR及VR能立体、直观地显示口腔颌面外伤骨折的情况,有助于临床治疗方案的选择、手术计划的制订和实施,对患者的预后具有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the application value of MPR and VR technique in maxillofacial fracture. Methods 39 of maxillofacial jnjury patienst were included in study and all performed MSCT scan. Compared MPR and VR image with X-ray plain film and surgery finding. Results （1）MPR could display the detail structure of maxillofacial fracture and deep fracture, so as to evaluate the complicate fracture, （2）VR technique could display the diaplacement of fracture bone in three dimensional and the deformation of the maxillofacial bone. Conclusion MPR and VR technique can display the maxillofacial fracture directly and spatially ,which would be help for the therapeutic schedule and surgery and play a important role for the prognosis of patients.
