胸部DR与低剂量螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛选中的应用价值

The application value of direct digital radiography and low-dose spiral CT of chest scanning for screening of lung cancer

目的评价DR胸片与低剂量螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛选中的应用价值。方法对280例肺癌高危患者进行胸部DR及低剂量螺旋CT扫描。分别统计出DR胸片检出率及低剂量螺旋CT检出率。两者作相关性对比分析。结果DR胸片检出结节性病变20例(7.1%),其中肺癌2例;低剂量螺旋CT检出结节性病变45例(16.1%),其中肺癌4例。结论低剂量螺旋CT筛选可明显提高对肺内非钙化小结节及支气管病变的检出率,对肺癌的诊断有一定的应用价值。

Objective To assess the value of direct digital radiography low-dose spiral CT chest scanning for screening of lung cancer. Methods 280 of high risk participants all underwent direct digital radiography and low-dose CT examination of the chest. Compared the detected nodules on low-close spiral CT with chest DR. Results After baseline CT scanning, 45 cases （16.1%） with pulmonary nodules were identified in 280 participants. Among them, 4 cases of lung cancer were diagnosed. Chest direct digital radiography displayed 20 cases of pulmonary nodules in which only 2 cases of lung cancer. Conclusion Low dose spiral CT can improve the detecting rate of indefincte pulmonary nodules and brondia lesion. It is of value in finding stage lung cancer in mass screening.
