The reform of the economic system has been bringing about great and deep changes for Chinese enterprises. The arising of the various economical composition, management patterns, circulation channel and distribution patterns has led to the reinforcement of the right of autonomy and vitality for enterprise,but at the same time it has also resulted in the risk of management. In order to promote the control,the analysis and the adjustment of management,it is necessary to build up a modern system based on computer to improve bank management. This is just the exploitation purpose of the system mentioned in this article.
