摘要
介绍了一个工件图纸自动输入的矢量化系统。该系统对扫描仪读入的工件图的二值图像进行噪声去除、膨胀、修补、腐蚀、细化等预处理,形成易于矢量化处理的二值图像,然后对其进行矢量化处理,最后对矢量化结果优化,形成矢量化文件,供其它CAD系统使用。讨论了系统实现过程中的一些技术问题。该系统实现了整个工件图的转化过程,取得较满意的效果。
A vectorization system for workpiece drawing images is presented in this paper. First, the system preprocesses the binary image of a workpiece drawing scanned by the scanner. The preprocessing steps include noise removal, image dilating and eroding, void filling and line thinning. In addition, it creates the binary image which can be vectorizes easily. Then it vectorizes the binary image. Finally, it optimizes the vectorization result and generates the vector file compatible with CAD systems. In this paper, some important techniques in developing the system are discussed. The system implements the transform procedure of a workpiece drawing.
