建立现代邮电企业制度的研究

Study on the establishment of morden enterprise systems in posts and telecommunications enterprises

在对现代企业制度的特征进行理论研究的基础上，针对邮电企业在建立现代企业制度中出现的问题及应采取的对策进行了分析。提出了一个由邮政总公司和电信总公司进行集团控制的新公司结构体系，为解决邮电企业建立现代企业制度中的问题提供参考。

Based on the theoretical analysis of characteristics in morden enterprise systems,some inevitable problems and tactics in construction of the systems in posts and telecommunications enterprises are discussed.A new company structure dominated by group of general posts corporation and telecommunication corporation is proposed in order to offer a reference for the problem solving.
