On the basis of expounding the principle of optimum classify modeling,the telephone popularized rates in some countries and districts are analysed and classified.The analytic results show that through the method of optimum classify modeling,the subjective effects can be removed and the optimum classification for the samples can also be quickly given in the case of many variables.
