摘要
应用线性自旋波的理论导出铁磁-反铁磁双层系统的Heisenberg模型哈密顿量,采用矩阵格林函数运动方程技术得到自旋波的色散关系,利用数值计算的方法得到铁磁-反铁磁双层的低温内能。
Through spin wave theory the Hamiltonian with Heisenberg model of ferromagnetic antiferromagnetic double layers is deduced. Spin wave dispersion is obtained by using matrix motion equation in Green function.Internal energy of ferromagnetic antiferromagnetic double layers at low temperature is calculated numerically.
