摘要
磷酸盐胶黏剂以其优异的粘结性能,特别是其在?183~2 900℃温度范围内的适用性,在金属、玻璃、陶瓷等材料的修复、生产和粘接等许多方面起着重要的作用。但是,耐酸碱性、耐水性、抗冲击韧性以及制造工艺等方面仍有待进一步提高,理论研究也有大量工作要做。为此,该文系统地综述了磷酸盐无机胶黏剂的特点、性能、化学结构和分类,以及在耐火材料、涂料、陶瓷及陶瓷复合材料、军工、铸造和模具等方面的应用,并从机械、化学、物理三方面分析了磷酸盐无机胶黏剂的粘接机理,指出磷酸盐胶黏剂正在向环保型、功能型、专用型胶黏剂方向发展,具有广阔的应用前景。
Phosphate inorganic binder plays an important role in many aspects such as repairing, production and joining of material. In the present paper, the characteristic, chemical structure and classification of the phosphate inorganic binder were summarized focusing on formulation binder prescription, performance, applications in the refractory material, paint, ceramics and ceramic composites, military products, mould and so on. It analysed phosphate inorganic binder bonding mechanism from the three areas of machinery, chemistry, physics and pointed out that a phosphate-based binder is developing to an environment-friendly, fimctional, adhesive-type-specific direction, which will have great value and be widely applied.
