摘要
桌面会议系统是目前国际上被看好的一种信息传递技术之一，它改进了传统信息的传递过程，提供了一种让用户相互之间直接使用自己的ＰＣ机进行面对面通信和交流的过程。作者在该文中介绍一些桌面会议系统的标准和多点技术，并讨论在ＩＳＤＮ上建立的桌面会议系统。
This paper introduces some criteria of video conferencing system as well as multi-point control unit and discusses how to establish video conferencing system on ISDN.
