摘要
作者在本文以邮电企业为例,利用层次分析法的基本原理,着重分析了管理人员素质的含义及其主要内容,讨论了模型的特点,并建立了综合评价邮电管理人员素质的层次分析模型,最后对模型的应用进行了具体的讨论。
Taking the enterprise of P&T as example , and using the basic principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process , the authors of this paper analyses mainly the connotation of quality about managing personnel of P&T and it's main contents , study the property of the AHP model of evaluating generally the quality of managing personnel of P&T and its' concrete structure, and discuss the application of the model practice.
