管理者素质综合评价的层次分析法研究

The AHP Study of General Evaluation about the Quality of Managing Personnel

作者在本文以邮电企业为例，利用层次分析法的基本原理，着重分析了管理人员素质的含义及其主要内容，讨论了模型的特点，并建立了综合评价邮电管理人员素质的层次分析模型，最后对模型的应用进行了具体的讨论。

Taking the enterprise of P&T as example , and using the basic principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process , the authors of this paper analyses mainly the connotation of quality about managing personnel of P&T and it's main contents , study the property of the AHP model of evaluating generally the quality of managing personnel of P&T and its' concrete structure, and discuss the application of the model practice.
