摘要
当前学校教育面临加强培养创造型人才的严峻挑战,专家呼吁改变目前应试教育这种旧的模式是关键。为了迎接挑战,教育界最关注的是在学校教育中如何贯彻启发式教学,并且对此已作了大量的探讨和实验,也取得了不少有益的经验。这里试图结合自己的教学实践,深入探讨反馈原理与启发式教学。该文包括两个方面,首先从反馈原理在教学中的地位及作用进行了理论上论述,再结合自己在教学中的体会,以及如何贯穿反馈和启发式教学做了总结。
At present, there is a challenge in college-education on how to cultivate creative students.Many experts consider that the key to the problem is to change the old model of teaching and educators concentrate their attention on how to carry out the elicitation method of teaching in college education and have been doing researches and experiments and have obtained a lot of benefitial experience. In this article, the author shows the result of his research into the feedback and elicitation teaching based on his teaching. The article deals with two aspects: the first is the role of the theory of feedback in teaching;the second is the generalization of feedback and elicitation teaching in his teaching experiences.
