摘要
慢性肺栓塞是指内源性或外源性栓子堵塞肺动脉或其分支引起肺循环和呼吸功能障碍的临床和病理生理综合征。本文简述了慢性肺栓塞的研究现状、易患因素、临床症状、辅助检查方法及治疗。
Chronic pulmonary embolism is a kind of clincal and pathohysiology syndrome of pulmonary circulatory and respiratory disorder resulting from pulmonary artery or its branch occlusion caused by endogenous and exogenous. This article reviews its present studyies, dangerous factors, clincal signs, helping examinations and treatment.
