Expression of SOCS-3 mRNA in Liver Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨人肝癌组织中细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3(SOCS-3)的表达。方法:应用RT-PCR法测定8例人正常肝组织、10例肝硬化组织及10例肝癌组织中SOCS-3mRNA的表达。结果:与正常肝组织和肝硬化相比较,肝癌组织SOCS-3mRNA的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。肝硬化组织与正常肝组织SOCS-3mRNA的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:SOCS-3表达下降与肝癌的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective： To explore the expression of suppressors of cytokine signaling-3 （SOCS-3） in human liver cancer tissue. Methods： The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR in human normal liver tissue, liver cirrhosis tissue and liver cancer tissue. Results： The express of SOCS-3 mRNA in liver cancer tissue was lower than that in liver cirrhosis tissue and normal liver tissue （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between liver cirrhosis tissue and normal liver tissue about the express of SOCS-3 mRNA （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： This study shows that the expression of SOCS-3 is associated with the development and progress of liver cancer.
