食管鳞癌组织hPOT1和hTERT的表达及其相关因素的研究 被引量:1

Expressions of hPOT1 and hTERT and their clinical significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨人端粒保护蛋白(hPOT1)、端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)在食管病变中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌、30例食管上皮内瘤变和20例食管正常组织中hPOT1和hTERT的表达。分析其间的相关性,并探讨与食管癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:食管鳞癌组织中,hPOT1和hTERT的阳性率分别为93.3%和83.3%,较上皮内瘤变组(23.3%,40%)及正常上皮组(40%,0)显著增加,P=0.00。hPOT1和hTERT的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关,且hPOT1和hTERT在食管鳞状细胞癌的表达呈一定的正相关,P=0.003。结论:hPOT1和hTERT在食管癌组织中表达异常增高,提示hPOT1和hTERT与食管癌的发生、发展有密切的关系。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of human protection of telomeres (hPOT1) and human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and their clinical significance. METHODS: The expressions of hPOT1 and hTERT were detected by the immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC),30 intraepithelial neoplasia and 20 normal esophageal mucosal epithelia. The correlations be tween the expressions of hPOT1 and hTERT, and their relanons with the clinicopathologic features of ESCC were analyzed. RESULTS: The rates of positive expressions of hPOT1 and hTERT which were 93.3% and 83.3% in ESCC were significantly higher than those in intraepithelial neoplasia(23.3 %, 40 % ) and normal esophageal mucosal epithelium(40%,0), P=0. 00. The expressions of hPOT1 and hTERT were positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM classification of ESCC. The expression of hPOT1 was correlated with the expression of hTERT in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, P=0. 003. CONCLUSION: Overexpressions of hPOT1 and hTERT are found in ESCC. It may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and aggression of ESCC.
