甲状腺器官发生中的相关基因

摘要 甲状腺转录因子的发现促进了甲状腺发育不良发病机制的研究。甲状腺器官形态形成早期阶段,某些转录因子通过激活甲状腺特异基因的转录,对甲状腺细胞迁移、增殖与分化起重要作用。而甲状腺形成后期除了转录因子外,促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)通过介导TSH对甲状腺的发育也起重要作用。这些基因突变可引起甲状腺发育不良。本文综述对甲状腺器官发生相关基因研究的进展。 The finding of thyroid transcription factors promoted the study of thyroid dysplasia pathogenesis. Genes involved at early stage of the morphogenesis play important roles in thyroid cell migration, proliferation and differentiation by activating thyroid-specific gene transcription. However, thyroid stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR) also plays an important role in thyroid development through thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) at the late stage of thyroid organogenesis. These gene mutations can cause thyroid dysplasia. In this paper, we will review the reseaeh progression of thyroid organogenesis-related genes.
