摘要
介绍了一种用于光束时间匀滑的谐振腔式相位调制器,并通过实验观察得到若干阶边带的频谱展宽。通过理论分析推出了光谱在1.053μm处展宽0.2nm所需谐振腔品质因数的大小。
A method employing a cavity phase modulator used as SSD (smoothing by spectral dispersion) is presented. Some frequency side bands are observed experimentally. The quality factor Q of the resonant cavity, with which the optical spectrum at 1.053 μm can span 0.2 nm, is analyzed.
