复髓镇痛合剂对狗颈椎挥鞭样损伤的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨复髓镇痛合剂治疗狗颈椎挥鞭样损伤的防治效果及作用机制。方法根据颈椎挥鞭样损伤的作用机制建立狗颈椎挥鞭样损伤模型,随机分为弥可保组和复髓镇痛合剂给药组(简称治疗组),两组分别给予弥可保与复髓镇痛合剂灌胃。观察狗伤前和伤后、伤后2w及伤后4w联合行为评分(CBS)、运动诱发电位(MEP)和皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)等指标的变化情况。结果对比狗伤前和伤后、伤后2w及伤后4w联合行为评分(CBS)、运动诱发电位(MEP)和皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)的变化情况,治疗组优于弥可保组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论从实验角度证明复髓镇痛合剂能防止脊髓损伤的继发性改变,促进神经组织的恢复及再生。 Objective To observe the experimental effect of Fusui Zhentong Heji(compound herbal medicine for spinal cord rehabilitation and analgesia)on cervical vertebral whiplash injury in dogs.Methods Based on the mechanism of cervical vertebral whiplash injury,the model was established in dog.Mecobalamine group and Fusui Zhentang Heji group(treatment group)were randomized and treated with gastric perfusion of mecobalamine and Fusui Zhentang Heji respectively.The changes were observed in compound behavior scale ( CBS), motor evoked potential (MEP) and cortical somatosensory evoked potential (CSEP) before injury,after injury, 2 weeks after injury and 4 weeks after injury in dogs successively. Results The changes in CBS, MEP and CSEP in treatment group were superior to those in control group before and after injury,2 weeks and 4 weeks after injury in dogs successively, indicating significant difference in comparison (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In view of experimental study, Fusui Zhentang Heji prevents spinal injury from secondary changes and oromotes the repair and regeneration of nerve tissues.
