乌头汤合强的松治疗风湿性多肌痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combination of Wutou Tang and Prednisone for Polymyalgia Rheumatica

目的观察乌头汤合强的松治疗寒湿痹阻型风湿性多肌痛的临床疗效。方法将52例患者随机分为对照组24例,治疗组28例。对照组患者单纯应用强的松治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药乌头汤治疗。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为62.5%和89.3%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ESR、CRP、HGB、PLT指标改善情况,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论乌头汤合强的松治疗寒湿痹阻型风湿性多肌痛疗效显著,具有降低患者ESR、CRP、PLT水平和升高HGB的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of Wutou Tang（Aconite decoction）and prednisone on polymyalgia rheumatica（PMR）.Methods 52 cases were randomized into control group（24 cases）and treatment group（28 cases）.In control group,prednisone was used simply and in treatment group,Wutou Tang was provided on the basis of treatment as control group.Results The total effective rates were 89.3% and 62.5% in the treatment group and control group respectively.The clinical efficacy of treatment group was superior apparently to that of control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvements of ESR, CRP, HGB and PLT after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of Wutou Tang and prednisone presents significant efficacy on PMR caused by blockage of cold damp. It decreases ESR, CRP and PLT and increases HGB.
