摘要
采用高效液相色谱法建立了中药复方补阳还五汤的指纹图谱分析方法.实验采用Krosmasil C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;检测波长为220 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.以芍药苷为参照峰,标示出补阳还五汤的13个共有峰.结果表明:该方法操作简单,精密度和稳定性良好,可为补阳还五汤的质量控制提供更全面的信息.
The HPLC method was established to determine the fingerprint of the Chinese traditional medicine Buyanghuanwu decoction. Chromatographic conditions included Krosmasil C18 column (250 × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase composed of a mixture of acetonitrile-water(gradient elution), detection wavelength at 220 nm. The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Thirteen peaks were observed on the HPLC fingerprint of Buyanghuanwu decoction. The results showed that the method was reliable and could be helpful for the quality control of Buyanghuanwu decoction.
