陡脉冲不可逆性电击穿治疗兔肝脏肿瘤研究 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨陡脉冲不可逆性电击穿(Irreversible electrical breakdown,IREB)治疗肿瘤的安全性及有效性,建立40只新西兰大白兔VX2肝脏肿瘤模型,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别予以IREB治疗及假性处理.2组中各任选10只兔于处理后3 d处死,对靶区进行病理学检查.比较处理前后实验动物肝、肾功能、血象变化.结果表明:IREB可引起兔肝脏肿瘤凝固性坏死,坏死轮廓与电场仿真图基本吻合;IREB处理后24 h肝功能可能出现一过性损伤改变(p<0.05),在1周内恢复;处理前后肾功能及血象改变无显著性差异(p>0.05).说明IREB能较安全、有效地治疗兔肝脏VX2肿瘤. To investigate the security and validity of irreversible electrical breakdown (IREB) of steep pulse in the treatment of tumors, 40 New Zealand rabbits were used to establish the VX2 liver cancer model. The rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group received IREB therapy; the control group did not receive any therapy. After 3 days, 10 were sacrificed from each group and the pathological changes of the target tissue were observed by TTC and light microscopy. Liver function, renal function and hemogram were examined at predetermined times. The results showed that IREB induced coagulation necrosis of the liver cancer and the necrosis outline coincided with the simulation model of steep pulse field distribution. Liver function changed apparently in 24 hours (p〈0. 05) and restored gradually to the normal level in 1 week. No significant difference was observed after IREB treatment in renal function and hemogram (p〉0. 05) of the rabbits. These results suggested that IREB can be used to treat rabbit VX2 liver cancer safely and validly.
