摘要
本文采用三氟乙醇与丙烯酰氯在催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的催化下酯化反应的方法,并以氯化亚铜为阻聚剂,制备了丙烯酸三氟乙酯单体,并根据实验结果讨论了影响反应的主要因素,确定了最佳合成条件:丙烯酰氯与三氟乙醇的摩尔比为1.2∶1,DMAP和CuCl用量均为1%(相对于丙烯酰氯的质量分数),反应温度为60℃,反应时间共计6 h。同时用红外光谱测试技术对产物进行了表征。以丙烯酸三氟乙酯和丙烯酸十八酯为原料制备了稳定的含氟丙烯酸酯乳液,讨论了引发剂和乳化体系的选择,以及聚合条件的影响。
In this articlce,a novel method of preparing trifluorethyl acrylate monomer with trifluoro ethanol and acryloyl chloride is presented through the esterification reaction under the catalysis of 4-dimethylamino pyridine(DMAP) as the catalyst and cuprous chloride as the inhibitor.Based on the experimental results,the main factors effecting on the reaction were discussed to define the best synthetic conditions as follows.The ratio between acryloyl chloride and trifluoro ethanol(on mol) was 1.2∶1;the dosage of DMAP and CuCl was both 1 %(on wt of acryloyl choloride),and finally the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the total reaction time was 6 hours.And at the same time the product was characterized by FT-IR.The stable trifluorethyl acrylate monomer was prepared by trifluoroethyl acrylate and inoctadecyl acrylate as raw materials.The choices of the initiator and the systems,as well as the influences of various polymerization conditions were investigated.
