喷射内环流N_2吹脱双酚A反应液中HCl的研究

摘要 介绍采用氮气吹脱工艺,利用喷射型内环流设备,在选定的工艺条件下,双酚A反应液中的HCl下降到20×10-6以下,脱除率达99.9%。本法具有工艺简单,脱酸效果好,操作灵活和节能效果好的优点。这一技术的开发为本公司5000t/a双酚A工业试验装置的改造付诸实施展现了良好的前景。 The process of the removal for hydrogen chloride are described in the paper, which are bisphenol·A mixture with N_2 stripping in jet-loop equipment. Under the selected conditions, the concentration of HCl in bisphenol A mixture decreased to less than 20ppm. The efficiency of removal of HCl approach to 99.9%. Compared with the other process, this method has the advantages of simple process, highly removing efficiency of HCl, convenient operation and lower energy comsuption. The development of technology will be future for the rebuilding of industry plant of 5000t/a bisphenol A.
