By the reason of great activity in world consumption market, production of rashcl blanket has developed rapidly in China these years, but acrylic high bulky tops, the raw material of rashcl blanket, are difficult to meet the growing needs and previously 80% of them depent on import. Several processes used in making high bulk tops arc introduced.
