摘要
本文介绍了浙江大学材料技术工程公司的脉冲气力输送系统的工作原理和主要设计参数.报道了国内首次将脉冲气力输送应用于氮气输送锦纶6切片和氮气回收系统的情况,并将浙江大学材料技术公司的脉冲气力输送系统与引进的锦纶6切片生产装置中的切片气力输送系统进行了对比.
The work principle and main designing parameters of the pulse pneumatic conveying system manufactured by Material Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd of Zhejiang University is introduced in this paper. This is the first time to use pulse pneumatic conveying in the nitrogen transporting for nylon 6 chips and nitrogen recovery system in our country. The conveying system above- mentioned is compared with the pneumatic conveying system in the imported nylon 6 chips production line in this paper also.
