摘要
煤的温和气化(热解)技术是洁净煤技术的重要内容之一。采用该工艺对低阶煤进行加工转化,可同时获取多种用途广泛、有经济价值的煤基产品,从数量和质量上较好地利用了煤资源,技术上和经济上易于实现不同层次的开发和生产,是该类煤种综合利用的有效途径。分析总结了国内主要的煤热解工艺,特别是较典型的热解工艺焦油产物的基本性质。在此基础上,对我国目前低阶燥热解焦油的加工利用现状及进展进行了阐述和比较分析。认为加氢制取机动车燃料油是此类焦油深加工的有效途径之一,同时指出应关注其中>36℃的重焦油类的加工利用、酚类化合物的提取利用和热解焦油沥青的深加工与有效利用。
The mild gasification of coal is one of the most impormant ways of clean coal technology. Many kinds of coal-based products with various uses and economic values can be ob-tained due to this process by which low rank coal resources are fully utilized in quantity and quali-ty. It proved to be an effective way to the utilization of such kind of coals. At the same time, the main coal pyrolysis methods domestic and basic properties of typical pyrolysis coal tars were anal-ysed. On this basement, the processing status ana development of tars from low rank coal pyroly-sis domestic were described and compared. Having drawn a conclusion that producing fuel oils for automobiles through hydrogen refining is an effective way to the deep process of low rank coal tars, especially, this paper suggests processing and utilization of fractions (>360℃), extraction of phenols and deep processing of tar pitch should be paid more attention.
