摘要
煤的发热量是煤重要的工艺性能指标。选用四种代表不同变质程度的煤和石墨通过差热分析确定的发热量值,与自动量热仪以及通过半经验公式计算的结果进行比较,得到相似的结果。因此,差热分析可作为实验室确定煤发热量的一种方法。
Heating valL:e of coal is the basic technical index for accessing the coal quali-ty. In this paper, DTA rather than cariometer and semiemprical equation, was used for measure-ment of heating value of coal. Four coals with different coal rank were studied and their heating values were derived from the DTA cures. The heating values, obtained by DTA of four coalshave been compared to those obtained by LECO AC-400 auto-cariometer and those calculated from a semiempirical equation. The high level of correspondence from that comparision proves that DTA could also be used as a cariometer which can produce the reproduceable and high level of automation results with small amount of coal samples.
