氧对正丁基锂引发的丁二烯负离子聚合的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别研究了两种溶剂(环己烷和抽余油)对氧的吸附和脱附作用;氧对正丁基锂的反应历程以及对由正丁基锂引发的丁二烯负离子聚合过程的影响。结果表明:直链烃(抽余油)对氧吸附量的增加远大于环状烃(环己烷);氧与正丁基锂的反应比例依氧含量在2~4倍变化;而氧与聚丁二烯锂活性链的反应比例,基本恒定在2左右;并且,随氧含量增加,产物的相对分子质量明显上升,转化率也呈下降趋势。 The effects of two kinds of solvents,cyclohexane and extracted oil,on the adsorption and desorption of oxygen,and oxygen on reaction mechanism of n-butyl lithium and on anionic polymerization of butadiene with n-butyl lithium as initiator were studied respectively.It was found that the linear hydrocarbon(extracted oil)increased the adsorption capacity of oxygen more than cyclic hydrocarbon(cyclohexane),and the reactive ratio of oxygen to n-butyl lithium increased 2~4 times with the increase of oxygen content,while the reactive ratio of oxygen to ~PB-Li+ increased about 2 times.The realtive molecular mass of the product increased obviouly and the conversion decreased with the increased of oxygen content.
