摘要
将长1~3mm的碳纤维(用量不大于9%)添加到聚ε-己内酯多元醇溶液中,用该溶液合成的聚氨酯弹性体,其物理机械性能、耐磨性和热稳定性均比未添加碳纤维的高。结果表明:碳纤维对聚氨酯弹性体有增强作用,碳纤维用量以7%为佳。
The carbon fiber of length 1~3 mm with amount of less than 9%(mass)was added into the solution of poly-caprolactone-polyol.The polyurethane elastomer synthesized with this solution had better mechanical properties,abrasion resistance and thermal stability than those of without addition of carbon fiber.The results showed that carbon fiber could reinforce the polyurethane elastomer and the optimum amount of carbon fiber addition was 7%.
