牙膏中微量铅的差示阳极溶出伏安法分析

摘要 以差示阳级溶出伏安法测定了牙膏中的微量铅,讨论了支持电解质、预电解电位和预电解时间的影响。溶出峰与铅浓度在0.3ng/mL~50ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为0.2ng/mL,用于实物测定结果满意。 Determination of micro-amount of lead in toothpaste by differential anodic stripping voltammetry has been proposed.The effect of supporting electrolyte,deposition potential and deposition time is discussed.The linear relationship between stripping peak height and concentration of lead is over the range of 0.3ng/mL~50ng/mL.The detection limit is 0.2ng/mL.The method is applied to the determination of lead in actual samples with satisfactory results.
