摘要
本文在比较了醋丁纤维素(CAB)与硝化棉性能的基础上,以柔韧性、耐光性好的聚丙烯酸酯(PAE)为改性剂,CAB与PAE通过半—互穿网络共混,研制出CD耐光光亮剂,包括CD1溶剂型、CD2水乳型两个产品。对研制过程中遇到的问题,如PAE与CAB相容性、溶剂、乳化剂的选择等进行了讨论。表1。
Abstract Based on the comparison of the properties of cellulose acetate butyrate(CAB) and cellulose, CD light-fast glossy agents are obtained through the combination of semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) of CAB and polyacrylic ester (PAE) which acts as a modifier and has good lightfastness and flexibility. Thus, CAB and PAE are semi-IPNs combined under nitrogen. In the reaction, solvents at the medium boiling point are progressively added to gain CD-1, while CD-2 is got following the steps as; the removal of the solvents at low boiling point in the CD solution, addition of the solvents of <1 compounding density, and then the adding of the emulsifier compounded by nonion and anion in high-speed shearing machine to produce the emulsion.
