皮革柔软剂合成工艺及应用

Synthesis and Application of Softener for Leather

本文利用脂肪胺和环氧氯丙烷反应，探讨了皮革柔软剂的结构和性能以及工艺条件，并且对原材料要求、在制革工业中使用方法做了说明。

Abstract g sodium bisulfite and 1g sodium hydroxide are added into a flask with a stirrer and temp. controller, followed by the addition of 100g epoxy chloropropane at 20～25℃, and the mixture is reacted for 2.5 hrs. at 45～50℃ and for 1 hr at 95℃, separately, to prepare 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propane sulfonate sodium (Ⅰ). Octadecylic amine and catalyst are added into another flask and the calculated epoxy chloropropane is slowly dropped into the mixture at < 95℃, kept temp. for 4 hrs. and then the addition of the above-prepared (Ⅰ), reacted and kept temp. for 2.5 hrs. pH adjusted, filtered to obtain the title product, which may be used in finishing of leathers, in combination with fatliquors (on type of leather, 20%～2.5% on split leather weight) or pigment paste (5%～10%). Leathers finished with it has soft and full hands, and smooth surface, as well.
