摘要 本文阐述了CSA型龟裂树脂的合成工艺、技术指标和应用情况。主要讨论了乳化剂和用量、单体种类和配比、反应的温度、体系的pH值对CSA型龟裂树脂龟裂效果的影响。表1。 Abstract The flask, with a reflux condenser, stirrer, thermometer and feeding funnel, is added with de-ionized water and 1:1~3 anionic and nonionic emulsifier. Monomers and primers are, in a suitable order and amount, dropped into the reactive compound, when temp. raised to 70~80℃. The suitable amount of acrylic acids in the monomers should be 8%, while pH should be controlled under 9. Pigskin, cattlehide and sheepskin leathers finished with CSA Cracking Resin produced in the above method give obvious cracking effects, and clear patterns. The flexing tests show > 20 000 for grain leathers and 2 000 for split leathers. The wet and dry rubbing fastness for the leathers are 5 and above 4.5, separately.
