摘要
目的:利用紫外谱线组法对10批芡实进行检测,绘制出芡实的紫外谱线组图谱并考察其质量差异。方法:对芡实以石油醚、氯仿、无水乙醇及蒸馏水进行浸提后,再进行相应的紫外光谱检测,并对获得的紫外谱线组进行分析。结果:四川芡实石油醚浸提液、安徽芡实三氯甲烷浸提液和湖北芡实水浸提液在的紫外区扫描图谱与相应的溶剂浸提液图谱比较有显著差异,其它批次芡实相同溶剂紫外区扫描图谱均相似,但在吸收度大小上有差异。结论:芡实紫外谱线组可用于鉴别芡实并初步判定不同产地芡实的质量差异。
OBJECTIVE : To determine the ultraviolet spectra of ten batches of Gordon Euryale seed in different polar solvents by ultraviolet spectral line group ( UVSLG), and identify them by analysing difference of their spectrum peaks and their bsorptions. METHOD : Ten batches of Gordon Euryale seed were soaked at the room temperature with four different polar solvents including petroleum ether, chloroform, anhydrous alumina, and distilled water, and then their absorbance in UV was determined and the differences of their spectra were detected. RESULTS : The UV scan spectrums of petroleum ether extract of Gordon Euryale seed from Sichuan, chloroform extract of Gordon Euryale seed from Anhui and distilled water extract of Gordon Euryale seed from Hubei were remarkably different from their same solvents, others batches showed better reproducibility. CONCLUSION: The methods of UASLG can be used to identify Gordon Euryale seed and to distinguish the different groups by the absorptions of 200nm to 400nm.
