摘要
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the adverse effect and causes for artificial liver plasma exchange(TPE) treating hepatic failure,and explore effective nursing.METHOD:By using of multifunctional blood purification instrument,196 patients with hepatic failure were treated by TPE.The adverse effect was observed and proper nursing care was provided.RESULTS: Of 490 person-times of treatment,adverse effect occurred in 165 person-times,making up 33.7%.All adverse effects were eliminated after proper nursing care.CONCLUSION:TPE is an effective and safe technique for treatment of hepatic failure.Adverse effect is mild and easy to be managed.
