摘要
目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除、淋巴结清扫治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和价值。方法总结我院2003年11月至2008年4月应用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口对37例Ⅰ/Ⅱ期肺癌根治性手术治疗。观察手术类型、并发症、术后病理分期、生存率。结果全组2例中转开胸,无围手术期死亡,术后病理分期Ⅰ期30例,Ⅱ期5例,术后3年生存率为85.7%。结论胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌是可行、安全的,更具有创伤小、康复快、美观的优点。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and value of video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） of pulmonary lobectomy in treatment of primary stage- Ⅰ/Ⅱ non-small cell lung carcinoma. Methods The records of thirty-seven patients with lung cancer undergoing VATS mini-invasive lobeetomy from Nov 2003 to April 2008 were reviewed. The operation type, complications, pathological p-stage, survival rate were observed. Results In 2 cases , the procedure was converted to thoracotomy. There was no intraoperative death. There were thirty cases of p-stage Ⅰ, and five cases of stage Ⅱ. The 3-year survival rate was 85.7%. Conclusions Video-assisted thoracic surgery mini-invasive lobectomy for treatment of early stage lung cancer is a feasible and safe procedure. It has the advantages of fast recovery, minimal invasiveness, and cosmetic issue. VATS is superior to open thoracotomy.
