艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗结肠癌临床观察

AIDi injection in combination with FOLFOX4 regimen for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

目的评价艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗结肠癌的临床疗效。方法患者随机分两组,A组采用单纯FOLFOX4方案(奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶)治疗(49例),B组采用国产中药艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX4方案(45例),进行比较分析。结果艾迪注射液能改善患者生存质量,在增加体重方面两组差异有显著性;而艾迪注射液在辅助化疗减少相关毒副作用方面也具有一定效果。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗结肠癌患者过程中,未发现明显毒副作用,能提高生存质量,减少化疗相关毒副作用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of AiDi injection in combination with FOLFOX4 regimen in treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods The data of 94 colon cancer cases admitted between Jan 2007 and Feb 2008 were analyzed. Patients receiving the AiDi injection with or without the FOLFOX4 regimen were randomly divided into two groups： in Group A, 49 patients received the FOLFOX4 regimen only and in Group B, 45 patients received treatment with AiDi injection plus the FOLFOX4 regimen. Results AiDi injection improved the quality of life of colon cancer patients, especially in terms of weight gain. AiDi injection reduced adverse side effects caused by adjuvant chemotherapy. However, there was no significant change in preventing and overcoming oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxity. Conclusions AiDi injection does not affect the efficacy of colon cancer treatment. It can improve the quality of life of colon cancer patients by ameliorating the adverse side effect caused by the chemotherapy.
