认为,2009年1-2月煤炭产销平稳、运输下降、进出口变化大、库存回落、原选煤单位成本上升较快,售价环比下降、煤炭企业利润增幅下降、应收账款净额增加,同时分析了当前煤炭经济运行中存在的主要矛盾和问题,并提出相应对策。

this paper holds that coal production and coal sales during this period remain stable while coal transport underwent a drop, coal imports and exports underwent major changes, coal stocks dropped, coal preparation costs underwent a fast growth and selling prices dropped on monthly basis, since the 1-2month of 2009 This means coal mines＂ profit increase rate dropped and they are facing more and more unpaid bills for coal sold. Finally, this paper points out the major problems in the current coal economy performance and the solutions to solve the problems.
