Analysing the present status and remaining problems in coal mine companies＇ internal quality control, this paper puts forward that market--oriented internal business operation be adopted within coal mine companies. This is actually the practice of ＂internal purchasing＂. By employing ＂pricing according to actual quality＂ and the supporting ＂quantity--quality arbitrition＂ an internal quality control system is set up aiming at mobilize the workers enthusiasm and spirit of innovation to improve the quality of products.
